An Important Appointment

An ongoing series of films for Savile Row tailors Anderson & Sheppard.

Commissioned by creative director Anda Rowland, the series is about highlighting the style and cut of their suits, with an emphasis on allowing the wearer to go about their everyday business.

Founded in 1906, Anderson & Sheppard’s client roster encompasses a who’s who of  names from the arts and entertainment: Fred Astaire, Enrico Caruso, Marlene Dietrich, Duke Ellington, Laurence Olivier and Cecil Beaton are a tiny fraction of the names that fill their famous ledger books, while the names they cut for today are just as prominent as those great names from the past.  This film features client Thomas Birkett, who is on his bike, cycling across town to an important lunchtime appointment….
